PRODUCT MONITORING
Every visit in the point, where a POS has been installed, allows us to become familiar with the way it is used, if it is compliant with its intended use and the plans of our client. If any irregularities are discovered, we submit the information about such a fact immediately. The performed orders are fully documented. This documentation is also valuable information for the middle management level in the marketing departments, because, apart from the technical state of the exhibitor, it shows if the POS is being correctly used andappropriately exposed.
UPDATES OF DATA BASES
Additionally, a very crucial value obtained during the assembly and service of POS materials, is that the data-base is compared with the list of points and company stores!!! The service person, while checking the technical state of POSs, visits all points, whose addresses he/she received from the client. It often occurs that the information contained in client’s data-base requires updating.
DEVELOPMENT OF PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION
In turn, repair interventions frequently show construction defects of the racks or stands, which are mainly the reason for breakdowns and damages. Such observations and conclusions in the form of coherent, professional reports constitute valuable information for companies designing and producing POSs, which receive such reports immediately.
