LOGISTICS: TRANSPORTING AND WAREHOUSING

We have very expanded transportation facilities owing to which we may quickly and efficiently deliver your products to any point of sale in Poland. We also offer the possibility of storing your products in our operational warehouses that are located all over Poland, out of which we next deliver products to any destination. They are located in each of our regional centres. We also have two central warehouses in Kraków and Radom.

COMPUTER-BASED ORDER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Under co-operation you will receive free access to an IT tool that facilitates order management. It is a system that gives you the possibility of monitoring all works that are confirmed with the photographic documentation and an acceptance report of the works signed by the PSD owner and the person carrying out the installation. The program will allow :

  • viewing the course of currently conducted works,
  • verifying the performance of an order,
  • verifying types of spare parts used during service,
  • viewing archieved orders (order documentation, including pictures),
  • generating new orders directly to our headquarters by the program using the electronic forms.

The possibility of generating various types of reports and specifying the access level adjusted to your management structure also exists. All the above options are available without making any additional payments.

With the use of the above program you will have full control over the works which you have commissioned.

INSTALLATION

POSSERWIS has well-equipped teams which means that installation orders are performed quickly and professionally, optimising the customer’s expenses. Those teams are located all over Poland which allows for the staging of promotional activities at one time all over the country. We provide the installation of all kinds of POSM elements: advertising racks, displays, electrical sign cabinets, stands that support promotional efforts, exhibition systems, and corporate identity systems of brand shops, window displays, information boards, and others. We also install furniture in brand shops and other commercial premises and exhibition stands. We provide support for promotional activities in show rooms: a change in the window design, replacement of any graphic materials.

REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL

It happens so often that even during one promotional activity new POS materials replace old ones. In such a case we remove them and adjust the place where they were installed to the original condition. We may also, upon the customer’s request, dispose of the removed products without detriment to the environment and in compliance with the applicable regulations.

SERVICE

We provide comprehensive POMS service at the customer’s premises, as well as in our operational warehouses. The service includes inspection of the technical condition, cleaning, maintenance, and repairs of POSM materials. Due to a a good logistics infrastructure we also provide all our customers with express services executed within 24 hours, especially when there is a breakdown or product failure that poses a threat to customers’ safety.

We offer a 12-month warranty that includes services relating to installing, removing, and servicing POSM. The repair service often discloses construction mistakes of POSMs that are the main source of failures and damage. Such remarks and conclusions are extremely valuable for the companies that design and manufacture POSM.

MONITORING

Each visit in a point where a POS has been installed allows us to find out how it is used, whether it is done in accordance with its intended purpose and the plans of our customer. In the event when irregularities are established we immediately provide such information.

Completed orders are fully documented. Such documentation is also valuable information for middle management in marketing departments, since, apart from the technical condition of POSM, it shows whether it is properly used and presented.

Our performance complies with the general requirements of law and specific regulations applicable in the territory of Poland and also is in accordance with the regulations governing the safety of engineering works.

An additional, extremely important value provided during the performance of installation and service of POS materials is the verification of the database with the list of points and brand shops!!! While checking the technical condition of POSs a serviceman will visit all the points of the addresses he received from the customer. It very often happens that the information included in the customer’s database requires updating.

TRAINING

To reduce the costs of POS materials to the minimum, POSSERWIS conducts training in terms of their installing, servicing, and operating. Training is conducted both among customers and the managerial staff of all points of sale, where the ordered materials are to be provided.

PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENT

Repairs quite often show construction errors in stands or racks that are the main reason of breakdowns and damage. Such remarks and conclusions in the form of concise, professional reports are valuable information for the companies that design and manufacture POSs and which is immediately forwarded to them.
